Terms & Conditions on Service
· Our 100% Guarantee - Our cleanings are guaranteed! If you are not satisfied for any reason, call, or email our office within 24 hours for a re-clean of the area that not met the standards. We may ask for few pictures to better help us understand what we missed.
· Payment – Full payment is due after the service is completed. The default payment is using the initial booking credit card. We accept Cash, Credit Card and corporate checks (no personal checks). Commercial contract customers can set up a ACH payment.
· Licensed & Insured – Relax, we got you covered. We carry $2mm of liability insurance and licensed in each state we do business.
· Estimate/Quote Ranges, Recurring Pricing, and other Costs – Estimate/Quote ranges are based on public information and the information the customer provides to Housekeeping4U LLC. Even then, the ranges we provide are sight unseen. If conditions are different, we will let you know in person or contact you as soon as we finish our walk-through the property when we first arrive. Weekly and Bi-Weekly recurring pricing will stay the same price every visit unless another service is requested.
· Safety and Damages – Our staff will wear masks and gloves for all cleaning. We will use new cleaning mophead and towels per each home we clean. Damages, if we break something, customer must report it within 24 hours and we will offer you a suitable replacement.
· Customer Home/Business Preparation – Please have running water and power in the property. Please secure any pets. During the summer and winter months, for safety of our staff we ask the home/business to be at a comfortable temperature for us to do the cleaning. We ask that you put away as much clutter as possible before we arrive so that we can clean as much of the areas as possible (unless organization services have been purchased).
· Moving Furniture – Housekeeping4U LLC can not lift any heavy furniture. We will do our best to clean around and under the furniture.
· Access and Timing – We ask that we have full access to the property on agreed time and date when we arrive. If we must wait on someone to unlock the door we will have to charge extra as this prevents us from keeping our schedule with the next customer. We will charge on a per 30-minute basis of $75.
· Recurring Cancellation/Skipping/Moving Service – We know life happens and things change. We will try to work with you as best as we can. However, we do ask that you keep us and our staff in mind to as this is our lively hood that feeds our families. If you CANCEL an appointment the same day there will a $100 fee. We do ask for a 48-hour notice for normal no fee cancelation so that we have time fill in our schedule. If you plan on taking time off or vacation, we do ask for one week notice. We ask that you email us any request or cancellation.
