Our Staff goes through a Federal Background check and are bonded for up to $50,000 per employee. Each employee goes through extensive training to meet our quality control. Each employee works with our owner or area supervisor for 2 to 3 weeks to learn the job and perform the scope of work as agreed upon establishing our relationship.
